Some Helpful Information

RENTERS: Whether you're staying for a week, a month, or longer, we know you are going to love it here! We want you to have a pleasant stay and so, to insure a peaceful co-existence with your neighbors, we do ask that you familiarize yourself with this overview of our "house rules":

• PARKING - Each unit has it's own covered parking space - please use the one for your unit. There is limited uncovered guest parking - it is not for long term (i.e. a second car). Except for profession-al services (movers, deliveries, tradesmen, etc.), NO trucks, boats, or recreational vehicles are to be parked on the property. Violators may be towed - at their expense.     
• GARBAGE - All garbage must be in plastic bags. Please be sure lid of refuse container is fully closed, with a brick on top (racoons are the issue). NO pizza boxes in recycling bins.

• CAR WASHING - Due to a longstanding drought, local laws include stiff fines that you really would not want to have to pay, so DO NOT wash your vehicle on the premises.

• GRILLING - Barbecue grilling is currently prohibited on the premises, but there are charcoal grills at the nearby Lido Beach Pavillion.

• NOISE - Common walls, walkways, and courtyard call for common courtesy. Your neighbor might be asleep, have a headache, or be studying for a test.

• PETS - People are usually out and about a lot here (there's so much to see and do) and it's not fair to leave an animal for extended periods. Consequently, our policy is "no pets".

• BALCONIES - Fire laws prohibit any item that might inhibit access to units. Also, please use the clothesline behind the laundry room to air dry any beach towels, swimsuits, etc.
